and many others have some interesting stuff if you use the search function.Personally, i left:-bulbs (various cfl, incandescent) matching the existing inside/outside light fixtures-extra batteries for smoke/monoxide detectors (i moved to 10 years sealed battery since....)

Changing your placements though can be helpful for this, I like to keep my placements purely on Facebook for this objective because the audience network doesn't let you track actual video views which can skew the numbers as well.

Assuming if you just break even on cashflow, there are tons of other benefits for you where 30 years later you paid off the property and just eat the rent for almost pure cashflow.

and you never know when someone's phone battery dies on their way to the property....no directions...well then maybe they can't find it....if they're from another country without a local SIM card....very possible in Dallas..then written directions can be vital..not just see GPS.......so that's why things like directions are important.Do you allow pets?......
