The units would likely be a mix of 2/1 and 4/2.

Civil Unrest is a symptom of a failing government, because going back in history looking at failing governments Civil Unrest was ALWAYS in the mix because the "Gestalt Principle" no longer applies and the whole is no longer greater than the sum of its parts.

And in the mix from time to time there is a real Seller.

Essentially, they teach you to have a mix of installment and revolving credit (i.e. a loan that has an end date vs one that stays open indefinitely) and to keep balances active, but low.

Like you said, hire a plumber, A/C tech, and electrician to provide estimates.
