At my purchase price, the GRM as well as $/unit (comparing apples to apples in terms of LL expenses) is right on par with the area, maybe about $5k below the norm.

I am searching for some quantification ideas that I don't have to take my tape measure and fo manual calcs, seems that this is the answer, the software seems like a dream come true, with all furnitures, plumbing, electrical templates, just like autocad but lighter. any inputs is greatly appreciated.
