I’m new to the Bigger Pockets community and I look forward to meeting and working with all of you!

I've read the bigger pockets book, and read the blog too.I have very limited time and work a stressful full time job in NYC and live there, plus my weekends are spent with my girlfriend in NJ.

I have some cash but don’t want to use it, nor do I want to pay over $3.2k/mo for a mortgage in OC/SOCAL as my “pockets” aren’t that “bigger” yet. 

I've started browsing on Zillow and websites like that, I'm reading books like "What every real estate investor needs to know about cashflow", and listening to the bigger pockets podcasts.

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time.
