The principal differences being:the electric baseboards (EBB) are install and controlled on a room-by-room basis; andEBBs rely on convection to permeate heat into the room (there is no fan circulating the air)In theory EBBs should have similar operating costs to a centralized electric forced air furnace (if not lower), however, in practice, that is usually not the case.Because of their reliance on convection, EBBs have slow recovery - i.e. if there has been a draft (someone opening an external door or window) or if the heat has been set back during the day and was turned up on the occupants return.  

There are 4 inside concrete piers and unknown number of exterior piers installed around 2 and half sides of house.  

Anyone have an idea for labor only cost to install brick siding?

I guess I except such things as drywall texture, wiring hook up in box,hvac installs,  AND you have to watch them like a hawk so they dont shortcut their jobs.

I did all the work, from drywall to installing new floors to plumbing and electrical.

What I learned after having every single power tool stolen from a flip property - the day after a very young team of males installed new HVAC supply lines in the subject property.

My cabinet installer says they are nicer than a lot of other cabinets that cost twice as much..

I installed a couple doorknobs and did a bunch of cleaning, and hung the smoke/CO2 detectors. 

I would not install a garbage disposal or any other appliance that was not there when they rented.

I don't remember exactly what it cost but it was fairly inexpensive and they installed in for what ever price I paid.
