It's human nature. 

I know life shouldn't be that way - but people still think of pregnant women as high-maintenance hormone-poisoned humans.  

Since then it's been shown that mildew/mold is pretty much a way of life for humans with NO medical issues. 

Food, clothing, and shelter are basic human needs. 

That same day I got a call from the local Humane Society asking if I was the  landlord for the address, and that the woman had been in there to adopt a cat and listed me as landlord.

We own 81 apartment units and provide as many appliances as is humanly possible. 

Check with the local humane society or pet license agency.  

I truly believe that if we sit across the table and just speak like humans and let our concerns be know that 99% of everything can be turned into a win-win if people would just listen and attempt to see it from the opposite side.

Also, a little humanity can go a long way in these situations and treating the tenant with respect and dignity will help them to be more cooperative.
