Here it seems to be around 10% plus fees for ,repairs ,finding a new tenant ,eviction etc...I would hire someone that you can look up see how their track record is .Their are outfits out there who just want to collect and do nothing some can get too big or just too green .

Once you have a relatively wealthy core population, IMO you tend to get over-regulation as they want to keep things the way they are, preserve historical buildings, push progressive agendas (solar, green materials, etc.).
