Need Contractor Tampa/St. Pete for updating Multi-Family units
I am in the search for a small multi-family property in Tampa/St. Pete/Orlando area and in need of a short list of some honest reputable contractors for some updating of potential future properties. Most of the properties I am sent are outdated and would need kitchens and bathrooms redone, flooring and paint. I am trying to get my list of potential contractors now, so I can have some rough estimates, sift through the ones that aren't a good fit, and hopefully hit the ground running, should I find and close on a property. Any secrets to finding a good contractor would be much appreciated. The book "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene had a lot of good advice on this subject, but I would love to glean from the BP community too. Thanks!
