New to the Raleigh/ Durham Area

I recently moved to Raleigh from Florida. Back in Florida my brokerage was closing around 20 investment deals each month. We have recently opened a new brokerage here and are ready to hit the ground running. I have seen a scarcity of rehab deals listed on the MLS, are most Raleigh/ Durham investors buying their properties off market from wholesalers here? Feel free to reach out to me. Im looking to make new connections in the area.
