I will be flying out to KC in late April 2017 and am looking to get feedback from anyone in the BP community who has had a positive or negative experience with any TKs, PMs or agents in the KC market.Has anyone worked with any of the below?

The reason I ask is because I have to fly to CA from out of state to take the exam, and if my score is given as soon as the test is over (or at least within a week or so), I could immediately start interviewing for real estate jobs in the area.

Sometimes sellers think there's people out there with more money than brains and will come along and accidentally over pay $100k for a home, cash non the less since an appraisal would never fly.
