Who to Work With? Buying in Kansas City, MO This April/May

I will be flying out to KC in late April 2017 and am looking to get feedback from anyone in the BP community who has had a positive or negative experience with any TKs, PMs or agents in the KC market.

Has anyone worked with any of the below? Any others?

-Plaid Management

-CJ Properties

I spoke with one TK whose quoted fees were 1st month's rent, and 10% of total rent going forward. Is that unreasonable?

Any thoughts on who to work with in KC would be extremely appreciated; thank you all in advance!
