How do you find the big investors in your area?

Some people have the ability to find an Owner who will hold the mortgage on the Building.

I tried to look you up on meetup, but could not find you. 

I was offered a duplex for $350k two years ago but I couldn't get funding due to my DTI.What options do have if I find a two, three, or 4-plex in the $300-$400k that is a deal?

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I searched online but couldn't find any answers.What does the process look like and how long does it typically take?

The debt amount for this mortgage is about $20-30 k from what I can find online I am willing to pay if needed but when I called the bank they  wont release any payoff amount if not the past owner. 

If not, consider adding on-site amenities that make your rental a attraction in itself, so guests don't have to leave to find the fun!

Finding out that within the "Historic Core" zone, special use application is available to fill out and must be submitted for approval.
