Its just picking little bits of technique and applying it to your personality..

I'm just getting started in the REI world and being able to read posts like yours and @Mark Ferguson in the same forum is a great way to learn to balance perspectives and techniques.  

And like any of these other methods its just one technique that can get your deal to stand out against all the others...

But do we know the negotiation techniques to use to turn generation into fulfillment.

It's a mix of legal-speak, figure of speech and a distancing technique, and it goes like this - "Whatever the market will bear"I hear it on this forum and others, in podcasts, REI meetings and open houses..."

I have only listen to one PD pod cast and it was the owner of Yellow letters Michael Quarles he is a pro's pro when it comes to sales technique and closing the deal ..
