It will take time to learn your craft-> learn your market -> establish credibility within that market-> build a client list -> close deals.

and if you have a busy day job, that would be tough - home run BRRRRs are difficult.

A buyer client of mine recently had the same issue where about 80% of the crawl space under the house was inaccessible for the termite inspectors to inspect.

Other than a post or two on social media I haven't done anything else for lead generation and to build a client base.

The part about the LLC that I find a little difficult is financing - I think the lowest rates on residential are available to individuals.  

With limited support staff it can be difficult for companies to execute on time, and likely the actual on the ground cleaner has little financial incentive to perform meticulously .

I don't make a fuss if the GF shows up with the dog to go somewhere but it gets difficult.
