There may be tenant relief dollars available, but nobody feels bad or helps the landlords, we are assumed to have deep deep undeserving pockets.That said, consider how long this tenant has been a good tenant and what you are comfortable with. 

I saw some mention the cleaning is a ripoff but honestly we pay around $300-600 of a 2-3 bedroom condo to be cleaned so I think that's normal, the carpet is hard to say since they usually age in general I know for our lease we require the tenants to deep clean it if there are stains or smell.

I have kind of been all over the place due to mainly pulling vacant leads, but I feel I should I dive deep into one city pulling all the different types of leads, D4D's and just go all in.

I can keep track of everything on a phone app.Of course, I could just hire a local person, but I'm interested in a service that has a deep bench so I don't have to return to Maryland to interview/hire replacements.

I want to bear careful consideration for the deep learning curve involved in this industry; that of course, extends to my selection of potential brokers that I can interview.

Very few will want to help unless you have a deep connection already.

There are also agents on the site that have a deep understanding of the program and how to best serve the veteran.

Not to mention that is extremely fast to move everything in, the place is a dump and my wife wanted to really deep clean before we put our stuff in there.
