Sounds like to me she needs to be educated and feed the cat and clean the bowl versus leaving it out...I have a dog and this happens to me and my home is sprayed monthly...It only happens when we get lazy and don't clean the bowl properly.Personally,  i would spray, then ask her about what i mentioned above.

Thank you for your input as a rookie getting into this you say not having to deal with headaches but in reality a vacant apartment is still a headache and a pm who is dishonest and constantly hitting u with inflated repair cost is a headache so even with a pm thier are still headaches.. but I thank you for your input I very much appreciate the education u guys and girls are giving me.

In the State of Missouri, the education requirements as prerequisites for taking the real estate exam are waived for attorneys, and the prerequisite for practicing as a real estate agent for a certain about of time is also waived to take the Broker's exam.
