Hey everyone, My name is Jake and I am from just outside the Baltimore area.  My wife and in-laws are all working together to get our flipping business off the ground.  In fact, we are only in the education stages at the moment.  I have been listening to podcasts and gathering as much info as possible in hopes for a successful first flip (for when we get to that stage).  I look forward to learning from the BP community here.  Thanks, Jake

Since you are new I suggest you check out the Free Ultimate Beginners guide under the learn tab above. 

Since you want to do flipping I also recommend the books on rehabbing and cost estimating by @J Scott You can find them in the BP store under the Resources tab above. 

Also come to the BWI Meetup at the BWI Marriott.  (Google it)
