I'm listening to your podcast daily (about 40 episodes deep over past few weeks), and literally just started evaluated random properties today just to practice and learn the areas I'm looking at.

Just as with blogs, you can find podcast episodes on just about any topics of interest to you including how to get started with rental properties, whether to use a property management company, what different companies offer, etc.I think you've already made a great start by joining this forum.

watch the episode on American Greed     ( Remington Financial ) this will show you how insidious these pump and dump due diligence companies are .. not say they are.. for all we know your thought on value and reality are skewed.. 

The podcast episodes for BP number 12 and 37, and the business podcast episode 15 are good resources.

@Dennis Williams thank you for your story I completely understand that struggle.I started listening to the BP podcast from episode one and I plan on finishing all of them.i listen to it on the way too and from work and while I work.

There are so many great episodes of the podcast that will give you a lot of information and keep you motivated as well as reading  through the posts.
