Is paying for a MNI course worth it?

Can a RE Agent also invest in notes??

1. I would start here on bigger pockets

2. As an agent yes you can invest in notes. Remember you are not buying properties but buying loans on property

3. Paying for a course I do not think is a bad idea, my only hesitation is between BiggerPockets, YouTube, books and podcast you can get a really good understanding then look at a course. Taking a course when knowing nothing you really cannot judge how good it is and some things you will hear that are important that you may not realize they are important

Network as well, you can also learn a lot about the business that way as well.
