This way, I only have to deal with 1 person,and I would run a credit/eviction check against 1 person.The other option is to have all 3 persons sign the lease, but it seems like I would need to multiply all the work 3 times (tenant screening, trying to collect 1/3 rent from 3 persons).Are there other pros or cons to either approach?

@Mike Denham That is great to hear :) It's a nice approach from a brokerage to give home shoppers the information they want, instead of the old agent bait-and-switch by trying to capture them and track those buyers down like wolves!

Immediate eviction means you WILL move out and the locks WILL be changed so you better get out.It is hard to get across degrees of this, but there is a fine line between enforcing the contract legally and Landlord action that essentially takes away Tenants legal rights...If this is approach is totally legal, I may start my own guru course in "How to Throw Out Your Problem Tenants Without the Fuss and Expense of Gonig to Court."
