How to lease a 3BR SFH to 3 persons?

I have a 3 bedroom Single Family Home for rent.
There are 3 persons (friends) that want to rent the home and split the rent.

My question revolves around how I should legally structure the lease.
I am thinking I should sign the lease with 1 of the 3 persons, and that person is responsible for collecting and paying the full rent. All utilities will be in the 1 person's name . This way, I only have to deal with 1 person, and I would run a credit/eviction check against 1 person.

The other option is to have all 3 persons sign the lease, but it seems like I would need to multiply all the work 3 times (tenant screening, trying to collect 1/3 rent from 3 persons).

Are there other pros or cons to either approach? or other options I should be considering?

thanks
tony
