Hi everyone,I bought a 1 bedroom 500 sqft condominium in Philadelphia, Pa, 19103 with my father as a property for me to live in instead of paying for rent during and after college.

The spacious bedrooms each have their own custom bathrooms, while two ensuite master bedrooms are completed with a walk in closet, custom tile shower, and private bathtub in the master.

I am looking into buying either a single family or small multifamily rental property to cash flow, but I don't know where to begin when it comes to what, for example, a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home would rent for in my area.

After buyer inspected I had to go back to seller and ask for a price reduction as I had missed some things on my inspection (one bedroom was missing a closet), no laundry room.

It has 3, one bedroom/one bath apartments. 1822 Leland is a triplex built in 1960.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you dealing with?

And it is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home. .

Or a better example of a 5 bedroom 2 bath house and 5 bedroom (3bed, 1bath/ 2bed, 1bath) duplex?

This is kind of like asking "how much should I pay for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,500 square foot house in Houston?"

The easiest way appears to be buying a house with 5 or 6 bedrooms and renting by the room.
