I just turned 49 and my RE adventure was suggested by my wife and I ran with it.

Is there any Agents out there that can come across owner financing in the central/south central Ohio area? This has been difficult for me to find thus far.

I am not looking for a general contractor I need someone to do smaller repair tasks.

But the amount of the bid meant that I was willing to spend money on those little extra tasks since the overall bid was reasonable to me.Well, the work of the contractors has been very good, I must say. 

Command with KW or any database that allows you to have your tasks in order and who to contact every day is a huge help on the follow up end.

I have all the time in the world and can be an asset to someone who needs to delegate tasks in exchange for learning opportunities.
