Is there any Agents out there that can come across owner financing in the central/south central Ohio area? This has been difficult for me to find thus far.

@Dwayne Webb I would look to see if you have FSBOs in your local market. Sometimes those sellers have a better understanding of RE transactions and I recently had someone in my market get seller financing from one for a house hack!
