You may want to negotiate with them to meet somewhere in the middle.

If you are middle manning the transaction your Chinese investors would never interact with a US bank (or hopefully the $50k US limit either)

The Palm Beach area is only going to continue to grow because geographically there is no where to expand (east or west) therefore demand will become higher. 

Demand- This is a topic that I always considered to become more relevant in the long term but Covid-19 has proved to many companies that expensive office buildings on the East/West coasts are not as necessary as they once were and are moving more to full-time working from home.

Now they want me to help them with it because I live in the United State.Since I live on the east coast, it is hard for me to active manage the land, so I talked to property managers and some agents.

You might have some luck in West Atlanta or East Point.
