Sounds like your issues are deeper than her just not being on board with you investing.

@Kien NguyenI think you need to drill down your investment criteria a little deeper than just cash flow.

I’m happy to go into a deep dive if people are interested, but don’t let anyone discourage you from staying the course, just keep being persistent.

Before diving in, start to do your homework.

When I'm deeper into underwriting, I actually run a quote through my provider, who has a website that allows clients to run their own quotes.

I know I want to dive into this however I don't want to rush and am trying to get as much knowledge and direction I can beforehand.
