While the most recent government program seems to focus on helping them meet payroll I am still trying to see how/if it will offer them help with their rent payments. 

I am getting my mortgage through Wells Fargo and they are requiring me to go through a HUD certified "landlord counseling" program.

The goal here is that the property needs to fit the math equation of the BRRRR as well...but more on that in a moment.When it comes to buying my primary home, I can buy with 5% down, 3.5% down, maybe 3% down and even LOWER with Downpayment Assitance Programs that would be available to me. 

If it is implemented that is.They allocated $10 billion for this grant program, so essentially the first 1 million who ask for it get it.It’s not in effect yet, but when it is, I believe it is the best I’ve seen for smaller property owners affected by the virus.

A lot of first time home buying programs want you to live in the apartment for a year.

Any other programs that I could refer her to that would help?
