Little to no money downpayments
I am a future real estate investor and have been preparing for my first house. I am currently reading "the book on rental real estate investing" and just read chapter 3 on strategies to being investing. I personally am interested in the multifamily strategy, where I can rent out the whole apartment without the house hacking step. Problem is I want to be able to make a down payment with little to no money, the book I'm reading suggests I go back and read the previous book. But wanted to see if anyone here had any suggestions on buying my first house with little money.
A lot of first time home buying programs want you to live in the apartment for a year. I'm trying to avoid that.
Any suggestions?
