One of my tenants messed up my towel bar (it was evidently pulled on and the screws got pulled out of the drywall on one side - the prior owner who installed it evidently had the left side screwed into a stud and the right side of the holder screwed into the drywall and nothing else - but it wasn't an issue as it had been fine for a few years with the prior tenant and who knows how long before that - I had restained the towel bar as it is wooden so it clearly had been used for years).

i think tenant is accusing me of building new apartments and installing grounding rod for propane lines gas guy installed cause im switching from paying all heat to each tenant pays own propane.
