Note the cash flow gets the Prop 13 bonus on top of the outstanding rent to purchase ratio making the San Diego cash flow better than would be implied by the rent to price ratio alone.Good luck

The banks CEO's should be fired if it turns out they did indeed fail at risk management, paid themselves bonuses or sold off shares/engaged in insider trading or otherwise contributed to the collapse, and losing their jobs or facing criminal charges will be their punishment.

I am interested in cash flow and in my opinion if you wanna play The appreciation game your better off taking that $300 per month you would lose, go to the nearest Casino and put it on Black (or red if you like red better).As the great Robert Kiyosaki says, if its taking money out of your pocket it’s a liability(Just my personal thoughts)
