im new to real estate and heard the fastest way to get in is to find a mentor to guide me. im not asking for a mentor, just where could i find somebody to help guide me through the steps to begin my journey in real estate?

If your anticipated returns(measured by cash on cash and appreciation) are similar to what you expect in buying a local property, I say go for it- if you're off by a few percent, you've learned a valuable lesson.

There's multitasking, and there's chaos...what you just wrote is what I would describe as chaos.The first thing you need to do is to realize your time is the most valuable asset you have.

I have not been able to bring myself to be able to sell such a valuable asset though.
