This will probably be another STR in the next few years or so when we’re ready to move projected to make $60k gross annual revenue.I think we’re more stunned than anything because we never imagined that we’d be sitting on this much equity in such a short period of time.If anyone has any ideas they’d like to throw around and bounce off we would love to brain storm with you. 

I’ve been throwing around the idea of buying another primary residence (upgrading), but the current mortgage rate makes it a little tougher of a decision. 

I wouldn't recommend you invest until you get a better understanding or you'll just throw your money away.

Landlords that make personal taste decisions are throwing money away unnecessarily.

The realtor by the way sent me a letter a month in advance that they would no longer be managing the property a week after I told them to take it off the market for sale which I chose to do out of "total discust" by the A-holes that did throw unreasonable offers too the realtor to ask me.
