What roles come to mind?  

I have been an insurance adjuster for over 25 years and have never had a lender take an active role in a large claim. 

I do play a role in implementing similar programs to the one you're friend's tenant probably enrolled in, but the ones that are completely free of charge are typically dedicated to low income.

This may be a long shot, but figured I would give it a shot.Recently, I was promoted at work from a mechanical role into an electrical and controls role.

You won't need a license for those transactions because you an do that without any official role.  

I have closed my business within the last couple years and I would like to get back into a more active role in investing.

This exercise can be eye opening for some investors because the result is not always as expected.  

A challenge you face in creating a business process manual for so many different players on your team is that their roles are so different which may require a separate manual for each role....
