Coming back to investing, want to partner or work

Hi BP, I am new to the site and forum. I have closed my business within the last couple years and I would like to get back into a more active role in investing. I have done some fix and flip and also some buy and rent, but it has been quite a few years since I have been actively buying. I have only been managing a rental that I still have. 

I would like to partner with someone on some deals or work for someone in their business part time if anyone has the need for some help. Please let me know if anyone has an interest.
