What are some good, salaried positions in real estate?

I have a degree in computer science, and have worked as an Engineer, Manager, and Business Analyst, most recently earning about 100K / year, W2...  But now I am getting an agent's license and want to work in real estate full time.  But in order to qualify for easy financing, and launch my real estate empire, I'm thinking I will need a regular salaried position to make the underwriters happy. What roles come to mind?  Thanks!
