I live am a UK resident (but still a US citizen).The house is currently rented to a tenant that has lived there about 10 years now and I have no reason to immediately sell the house but that is the goal by the end of the year.My initial questions are regarding handling paperwork while I am still in the UK with regards to signatures, banking, etc.

I have now tried 3 mortgage companies and have gone through the whole process only to find out at closing that I cannot sign the paper work because none of the companies/underwriters understand or know what a Solo 401K is and therefore they keep adding one of my Solo 401K Trust plan properties as an asset/liability to me personally.

I asked about the estimate again and was told that the insurance company didnt pay based on the estimate they provided, but paid based on the the amount the agent who inspected the damage submitted to the, so the paperwork is a mess but they will try to put together a list of costs for me.
