Partnership Advice In Setting Up Paperwork

Hey guys! First time post for a new member. Quick and to the point:

Need suggestions in setting up a Partnership Agreement, Operating Agreement, and Buy/Sell Agreement. Me and my biz partner formed an LLC, going to have a lawyer write up the PA, OA, and Buy/Sell agreement the first time, and copy and paste for any future LLC's my partner/s create in the future. If the details change per property or project, we would have the lawyer change. Kind of doing a project by project, but most will be the same. I'm looking for any specific pointers on any 3 specifically, or if you can give any advice on all 3 you can give to make sure I include.

Kind of looking for the "wish I would have known", or "really regret not having done that," advice that I can make sure I put in or consider on the agreements.

Thank you in advance,

Joe
