I say narrow it down to 2 and find out which city has job growth, population growth, and also an area that you won't mind visiting because you will need to go there from time to time.Picking the actual state and city is not as important as how to properly invest with the correct education.

Last item is the asset and many think that they will be picking up a beautiful home in a tree lined neighborhood which is typically not the case - the areas tend to be B and C areas (at best) but reality is just because it’s not the greatest area doesn’t mean people their do not pay their bills.
