@Andre Pinheiro: A word about cash flow in the Phoenix market. Right now, it is generally lagging a little behind the 1% rule. That said, rents have been rising, and appreciation is significant in many parts of town. So be sure to consider ALL the financial factors beyond just the monthly rent. There are still great deals to be had here!
