This just plain smells of scamming a seller.

I'll say I lurked until I was sure the site was genuine - I've been tired of getting my hopes up of finding a helpful online community, only to see you have to pay in order to do the most basic functions, enroll in a "program: or some sort of scam.

Smith who have a lovely house and trying to scam them I'm targeting motivated sellers rarely will a homeowner occupy a house I'm offering on I ask this question because I want to be ready for whatever comes my way as a newbie wholesaler.

Perhaps too many have been taken in by the mortgage scams.

Unfortunately the bigger BP gets, the more trollers, the more scam artists and more Undesirable members will be joining our community, I wish that wasn't the case. 

Ignore those ads as they are pretty much always a scam.
