I have loan apps in for pre-approval and my VA will get me far but I don't know what it means about FHA and rehab. I've started talking to a "mentor" in wholesales but my call backs on the properties are nill. I'm assuming they weren't good leads or I got scammed.

I read 10 things a day and have so many things and views on how to do them but I'm at a point that I don't know what to do. It's to a point that I might be buying a rehab that is under taxation, in hopes that is over profit. Part of the problem is finding financing to do it alone, with my girlfriend/"partner". She's an agent for Caldwell and it makes that part easier. I have VA and I'd be locked in for at least a year. I can read more articles but some of the REI meeting that are available want to promote a book or a cover charge.

I need actual direction. Anyone looking for help in harford? Anyone have finance options that aren't another ping on my credit? Anyone know how a business name can buy houses without requiring each owners SSN?

I've been trying to do something for 3 months and I'm reluctant to do anything to a point that I'm about to do just about anything for real direction.
