For my business its great to monitor when employees answer to see why we lost a lead how they handle customers ect.

My fear with AC is that the rentals are dependent on casino employees and with the casinos on the decline I am afraid so are the renters. 

I was wondering about creating housing for traveling employees.

It keeps track of the "where" as well as the "when" they clock in/out, and keeps totals, but not sure how/if it integrates with payroll software.I can't tell you if it's definitely right to use, since I don't know the cost, but if your employees will be using it remotely, i.e., you'll not be there with them when they clock in/out, make sure you check their activity carefully in the early stages, since it's been my experience that when employees first start using it, they often forget to clock in/out, until it starts to become a habit.

Then we grabbed the surrogate paperwork already on file and I spoke to the County recorder and employees who all know me pretty well there.

Sometimes I had to wait a year while I took care of the value-add and raised rents but it’s always been a great move.I’ll be using Dave Foster (on BP) as my QI from now on as he has great institutional knowledge of our business and has done it himSelf.  

At the very least she's doing more, learning more and has become more valuable as an employee because she offers more value and in the event her employer doesn't reward her once Corona slows down and life becomes more like it once was I'm confident another business looking to hire would.
