Access to MLS to check sales & rent comps, pictures, legal information about the title, ownership history, and most importantly you can make lists for any type of direct mail campaign you could imagine.

Go onto the clubs website my local favorite is Eastern Massachusetts REIA http://www.EasternMassREIA.com When looking at a club I want to see a variety of activities and educational opportunities.

A bank wont loan money to a company that has no assets, no income, and no history.
