I guess basic curiosity and the desire to learn from others inspired me to lock for a forum with the type of information needed to take this adventure.

It doesn't have to be degree, but a mentor who has a investment portfolio you desire.

They had skin in the game because of the time, thought, desire to get the property for themselves.It all worked out well and I am very blessed.So, I suggest to start at the high end and work your way down.
