Assignment of rents is almost universal for MFUs. 

You can rent to faculty and the various support services personnel around the University.

Still lots of properties around here and a very hopping market for rentals and people looking to buy (Tampa is a multiple university city so lots of rental potential, the AFB brings in lots of families looking to rent or buy.

Hi guys, I am a 21-year-old student currently studying at the University of Otago. 

I have A TON of questions, some of which may be looked at as silly, but I really hope the good folks here help me navigate these waters so I can pass this knowledge on to the younger generation.A little about me - I'm 29 years old and live in Newark, DE, about a mile from University of Delaware (Joe Flacco is overrated), and work in the banking industry, a profession I would like to depart from in the next year or so.

I graduated from the University of Colorado last spring.

The area is very close to IUPUI, a university that is on the western part of our downtown. 

Therefor, I'm also looking in Pilsen, University Village, Little Italy, and Little Village.
