You have Dallas and San Antonio not too far.Yes, Austin is tough for #s to work.But I in my opinion Dallas and San Antonio are by far better than Indiana.

The two zip codes in San Antonio are:7825578299I was able to find demographic information on 78255 on hometownlocator.com, but they are saying the 78299 zip code is too small and they keep on directing me at 78205.

Many San Diego investors I've talked to have also taken note of this metric, fearing the ROI on rental properties does, not justify current prices.

For example, in Texas there's Waco - Austin - San Antonio corridor on I-35, in Florida there's the Naples-St Pete corridor on I-75/275, Idaho has Boise-Nampa corridor on I-84, etc.
