I nearly had a drinking problem.In fact I remember 1929 Ports for about $1 a 6oz glass & French Champagne ran about $3.50 a bottle plus our dining room meals were basically free.

I left the house very clean, nothing inside, with only a few superficial repairs (2 blinds needed to be replaced because my cat liked chewing on them and a small pane of glass in the french door had been broken by a falling skateboard)  I left nothing inside. 

I think every investor and especially wholesalers need to think with themselves what's the VALUE they are bringing to the table.

As your finding out.. you want a brokerage that underwrites in house and table funds their own deals might not be the cheapest but they get them done

There is a nice yard with one table and grill we plan to add another picnic table and grill.
