I did something similar, after a long career in something unrelated to real estate and only after I had some experience like you in acquiring rental properties, some property management experience, I realized that if I devoted more attention to it I could accelerate my growth, get financial freedom and be fine.  

How can I take legal action to evict him out of my new home as well as claim the Security deposit back to me since of breach of contract on the rent back.

I've listened to too many podcasts and have fun the numbers way too much and don't want to be stuck in analysis paralysis mode, so I'm looking to take action and close on my first deal before the end of the year is up. 

My parents had a god awful marriage and it really made the idea really unappealing to me.And I don't want kids until I am financially independent because as harsh as it may seem, children are just walking liabilities.

I don't know what my course of actions should be or if any should be taken at all.

I dont know if there is a non-disclosure agreement, or another legal document needed to barr this kind of action, that I would need to protect my (and my mothers) property.
