Looking for investor friendly agent in Northern NJ

I'll be up front and tell you I'm a novice looking into the buy and hold game with multifamilly properties (2-4). I'm looking for my first deal and am looking for an agent to help get the ball rolling. I've been analyzing properties on the MLS for the past few months just to see what's out there and I found what might be a few good investment properties. I've listened to too many podcasts and have fun the numbers way too much and don't want to be stuck in analysis paralysis mode, so I'm looking to take action and close on my first deal before the end of the year is up.
