I'm interested in hearing what the biggest sticking point is for new investors?

As you posted out inflation is the biggest head wind that investors will face, although real estate does act as a hedge against inflationary events.

They are in the top 20 biggest real estate outfits when it comes to accruing institutional capital, have 4000 employees, and have $22 billion in assets under management.Yet I can't really find much about them online re: reviews, and there doesn't seem to be one mention of them on BP! 

That’s the biggest concern of spending all that capital to furnish it and then it just sits.

Shortest time in education, biggest payoff (salary) and great benefits.In order to effectively invest in real estate you need#1 capital/credit - good salary.

Honestly Id' say the biggest benefit I've found to multis is that they allowed me to f*** up alot without driving me into the ground.
